The Secret Harbour team provides excellent customer service when you are on site and with our policies. We want you to feel confident that you can make reservations now for the future and change your mind without penalty.
Reservations are fully refundable within 14 days of arrival. This means your deposit will be 100% refunded as long as you notify the resort within 14 days of your scheduled date of stay.
Guests who want to modify an existing reservation by rescheduling to a later date may do so within 14 days of arrival by simply calling the property (340-775-6550, or 800-524-2250) and we will be happy to re-book you for later. If you made reservations with a third party such as Expedia, please contact them directly using the contact information on their confirmation.

The World Travel & Tourism Council ‘SafeTravel’ initiative is a set of protocols developed to ensure that travelers and tourism workers are safe. Protocols take into account World Health Organization (WHO) and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines. The objective is to ensure that protocols are in place across all relevant functions with an increased focus on health, safety and physical distancing guidance.
• Fully sanitize each room between guests
• All towels and linens are sanitized in hot water wash
• Hand sanitizer is in public areas
• High traffic areas are sanitized frequently
If the USVI territory calls for increased Covid precautions, the following additional measures will be reinstated
• PPE will be provided to guests
• Employees will be required to wear masks
• Beach chairs will be 6 ft apart
