The Secret Harbour team provides excellent customer service when you are on site and with our policies. We want you to feel confident that you can make reservations now for the future and change your mind without penalty.
Most reservations made directly with Secret Harbour are fully refundable within 14 days of arrival. This means your deposit will be 100% refunded as long as you notify the resort within 14 days of your scheduled date of stay. The only exception is for reservations made using the non-refundable rate plan. This discounted rate is not refundable, so please make sure that your travel plans are not going to change when booking a non-refundable rate.
Guests who booked directly with Secret Harbour and want to modify an existing reservation by rescheduling to a later date may do so within 14 days of arrival by simply calling the property (340-775-6550, or 800-524-2250) and we will be happy to re-book you for later.
Guests who made reservations with a third party such as Expedia and need to cancel or make changes, please contact the third party directly using the contact information on their confirmation.
