Please note: every traveler aged five and older who enters the U.S. Virgin Islands is required to use the USVI Travel Screening Portal https://usvitravelportal.com/ AND to submit a COVID-19 test result. The test is also required to check-in at Secret Harbour. Test results must be either a negative COVID-19 antigen (molecular/PCR/rapid) test result obtained within five days of commencement of travel to the Territory OR a positive COVID-19 antibody test result (post vaccine or post COVID) received within four months prior to travel to the Territory. Ask your healthcare professional about getting an antibody test post vaccine.
GOOD NEWS! No additional COVID-19 test is required to return to the US from the USVI. The USVI is not considered international so is not impacted by the 2021 CDC travel requirements. And no passport is required for US Citizens to travel to/from the USVI.

The Secret Harbour team provides excellent customer service when you are on site and with our policies. We want you to feel confident that you can make reservations now for the future and change your mind without penalty.
Reservations are fully refundable within 14 days of arrival. This means your deposit will be 100% refunded as long as you notify the resort within 14 days of your scheduled date of stay.
Guests who want to modify an existing reservation by rescheduling to a later date may do so within 14 days of arrival by simply calling the property (340-775-6550) and we will be happy to re-book you for later. If you made reservations with a third party such as Expedia, please contact them directly using the contact information on their confirmation.

The World Travel & Tourism Council ‘SafeTravel’ initiative is a set of protocols developed to ensure that travelers and tourism workers are safe. Protocols take into account World Health Organization (WHO) and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines.
