Hillside Condominiums - Secret Harbour Villas

All 20 hillside units are located above our St Thomas resort's freshwater pool in three 3-story buildings. Access is via stairs from the parking lot or via a private driveway for those with a rental car. These more budget conscious condominiums include access to all resort amenities and are tucked into the landscaped hills adjacent to the freshwater pool. Guests with cars have the ability to drive up the hill and park by their unit.

Secret Harbour Beach Resort offers unique condominium-style accommodations with ocean views that provide more space and comfort than traditional hotel rooms. All condominiums are privately owned and professionally managed by the resort, meaning each unit may vary slightly in décor yet all have the same high-quality bedding, linens, and resort amenities. While all accommodations include full kitchens, spacious layouts, private patios, and ocean views, design details and finishes will differ from one unit to another.

This unique setup allows guests to enjoy a more personalized and residential-style stay while still experiencing the comfort and consistency of a beachfront resort. All Secret Harbour condominiums offer spacious accommodation. One-bedroom units are 935 sq.ft, two-bedrooms are 1360 sq.ft, three-bedrooms are 1960 sq ft, and studios are 660 sq. ft.

Choosing the Right Stay

Guests can select accommodations based on their preferences of layout size and location within the resort. Couples and solo travelers can choose between studios and spacious one-bedroom accommodations, while families and groups can select one-, two-, or three-bedroom condominiums designed to comfortably accommodate up to 4, 6, or 8 guests, respectively. Location within the resort is an important consideration. Most guests prefer to be located directly on the beach in the four 3-story beachfront buildings. This puts you close to the beach, restaurants, watersports provider, fitness center, tennis court, and the lobby. Others prefer the hillside units away from the action nestled into the landscape near the swimming pool and accessed via stairs up the hillside. Beachfront accommodations are offered at a slightly higher rate than hillside accommodations due to their direct beach access.

Two-Bedroom Suites: Best suited for families or groups seeking comfort and flexibility with large living space, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a sleeper sofa in the living room to accommodate up to 6 people in the unit.
Three-Bedroom Suites: Extra-large accommodation with nearly 2000 sq.ft (1960sq.ft). makes it possible for up to 8 people to stay in one very spacious unit. These premium condominiums feature a large living space, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a sleeper sofa in the living room.
All condominiums include fully equipped kitchens with major appliances, cookware, dishware, utensils, coffee and tea service, and everything needed to prepare meals during your stay. Bathrooms include complimentary bath amenities and a hair dryer.

Are all rooms the same?

No, accommodations at Secret Harbour Beach Resort vary in décor and furnishings because each unit is individually owned. However, all accommodations include full kitchens, ocean views, and spacious layouts. All studios are 660 sq.ft. one-bedrooms are 935 sq.ft., two-bedrooms are 1360 sq.ft., three-bedrooms are 1960 sq.ft.

How do I choose the best room?

Guests can choose room type based on preferences such as size (studio, 1-, 2-, 3-bedroom) and location – beachfront or hillside. Guests can call the Secret Harbour reservation team after booking to request (not guaranteed) beach level, 2nd or third level and if they prefer to be closer or farther from the restaurant. Are the rooms suitable for families?

Yes. Secret Harbour Beach Resort offers spacious one-, two-, and three-bedroom accommodations that are well suited for families, including separate sleeping areas and full kitchens for added convenience.

Do all rooms have ocean views?

Yes, all beachfront and hillside accommodations at Secret Harbour Beach Resort are positioned to provide scenic views of the Caribbean Sea.

Are there any accommodations without stairs?

No and Yes. Most beachfront units have a short flight of stairs going down to the beach level units or a short flight of stairs going up to the second or third level units with balcony. All hillside units access the amenities via multiple flights of stairs down/up the hillside. All units do have a parking space so those in hillside units can park near their unit making grocery shopping and excursions easy. There is one Oceanfront room that is a hotel-style room (not a condominium) with small kitchenette located next to the lobby above the dive shop with wheelchair ramp access and a roll-in shower for those who are physically challenged.
