DEPOSIT and CANCELLATION POLICIES:

  • Rates quoted are per room, per night,  based on single/double occupancy for studio, oceanfront room or 1 bedroom suite; quad (4) occupancy in 2 bedroom suites.

  • Studio suites and ocean front rooms accommodate 2 persons; one bedroom suite, 4 persons; 2 bedroom suite, 6  persons.

  • A three night deposit is required upon confirmation.  Payment in full required for 1 or 2 night stays. 

  • Christmas, New Year’s & February reservations require a 4 night deposit and are subject to a 30 day prior to arrival cancellation notice.  Minimum stays apply at holidays.

  • Payment is fully refundable upon notification of cancellation at least 14 days in advice of arrival for Winter Season and 7 days in advance of arrival for Value Season. Cancellation within the cancellation period will forfeit the deposit.    

  • We love families! .. Children 12 and under stay FREE!
